1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement if the following conditions are met:
- The product was damaged upon delivery.
- The product is delivered in an expired condition.
- You were charged more than the MRP.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
- Products with tampered or missing original packaging.
- Items purchased under promotional offers or discounts.
2. Return & Refund Process
If your purchase meets the return eligibility, please follow these steps:
Initiate a Request:

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
Return Approval & Pickup:
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable) or guide you on how to return the product.
- The product must be securely packed in its original condition to avoid damage during transit.
Refund & Replacement:
- Replacement: A replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned item and complete a quality check.
- Refund: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5ā7 business days.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
- If successfully canceled, the refund will be processed within 5ā7 business days.
- Order cancellation is not possible once the shipment has been dispatched.
